We aim to bring people together in one place to help them understand the  fundamental benefits of body weight exercises and provide them with the mental tools required to achieve all their aspirations. This will make all  involved better versions of themselves inside and out. Hence our mantra Together Everyone Achieves More. AKA  T.E.A.M

Our program is for  2hrs,  4 consecutive  week, spread across  two days  (Weekends  Only), which is broken into two age categories.  


DAY  1


* 10 spaces allocated to youths between the ages of 10-16 years (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)


DAY  2


*  10  spaces  allocated  to  young  adults  between  the ages of 17-21  years
